At UC Berkeley’s M3 Lab, I led the design and outreach strategy for an interactive ArcGIS platform visualizing the urban heat and pollution island effect. I translated dense environmental data into intuitive, engaging visuals for audiences ranging from K–12 students to researchers. Alongside digital graphics, I designed the lab’s logo with several variations for different branches of the project.

At 350 Bay Area, I developed a new nationwide brand identity to help expand a local climate activism group’s impact. I created the concept and logo for Climate Canary, inspired by the metaphor of the canary in the coal mine, to unify grassroots environmental efforts across the U.S. I also worked on a 24-page brand book detailing tone, typography, and visuals, and created a series of social media assets to support a cohesive, strategic rollout.

Dorothy
Day House
At Dorothy Day House, I worked directly with unhoused communities in Berkeley to understand barriers to shelter, resources, and employment. I co-led a redesign of the shelter’s website to improve usability and access, and designed printed brochures and flyers for those without internet access. I also photographed and edited professional headshots, and supported residents in building resumes to aid their job searches.

For California Ski and Snowboard Team, I designed a variety of original apparel pieces representing the organization, ensuring designs were on-brand and aligned with the team's identity. I maintained a partnership with Patagonia, worked closely with multiple vendors to meet strict deadlines, and established a collaboration with a new design company to produce the team’s merchandise collection.

Cities and Schools

I mentored high school students in Oakland to foster youth engagement in city planning, focusing on issues affecting their community. Together, we developed a Bill of Rights for homeless youth, which the students presented to the project team for Oakland’s Phase II General Plan 2045. I also contributed to transportation planning and co-designed actionable solutions to support unhoused students in the district.
